Does anybody else have this issue? It is getting pretty bad for me now. It is on the bottom right hand side of my lift gate. I want to cut the steel off and weld in a new piece. I have never made new body panels before. I have welded with an arc welder but nothing like this. I have done some painting so I am not worried about that, just finding a place to make my paint. Anyone else done this? I have access to a TIG welder but never used one. I am more concerned about forming the steel to fit in nice. Any Help?
